Ken Oster Homes beginnings

Ken and Diane started the company with a loan from a local banker, building homes in then “new” West Omaha neighborhoods during a time of growth and opportunity. While building his business, Ken did much of the construction work himself - framing, trim carpentry, and even roofing to save on costs. His wife Diane worked to obtain her realtor license in 1984. She helped Ken keep up-to-date with building trends and worked to advertise and sell the beautiful homes they were building.

Over the decades, Ken Oster Homes has grown and evolved along with the Omaha luxury home market. Home sizes have increased from 1,500 sq ft to over 6,000 sq ft. Design and material selections have expanded exponentially. We've incorporated the latest technologies while remaining hands-on to ensure quality.
